They have no regards for the law or their tenets, they entered my apartment without notice while I was at work and left the door open for 4 hours straight, only noticed it when I got home.

This business is janky and shady. They falsely advertised their property. I went to go see a unit to rent out according to what they posted on their website the unit I seen was a good unit but wasn’t available so I went back on the website to view a new unit that was available and from the pictures it was the same unit as I viewed in person. Once I paid my deposit , they kept pushing my move in date back after they told me the date I can move in. Once the move in date was finally confirmed I asked for the inspection sheet to go view the apt before signing my lease. They told me I had to sign the lease first before viewing the apt .after I signed my lease they sent over the inspection sheet with pictures of the apartment. The apartment pictures was not the apartment I signed a lease for nor agreed on. The security deposit wasn’t refundable nor transferable . So they pretty much forced me into an apartment I didn’t want nor looked at. The apartment was also nat infested and roach infested. So now I’m stuck with this lease and can’t get out of it.

We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Our goal is always to provide transparency and a positive rental experience for our residents. Upon your application, you were initially shown a different unit. At your request, we transferred your application to the unit in question. Our marketing materials include a disclaimer stating that photos may vary by unit, and we strive to accurately represent our available homes. When you expressed dissatisfaction with the unit upon move-in, we offered to cancel your move-in and fully refund your deposit. After discussion, all parties agreed to a resolution in the form of a $50 monthly concession for the duration of your lease. Additionally, please note that any claims directed toward Edge Property Management are, in fact, indicative of the property owner, as our company operates as a management service and does not own the property. We take all resident concerns seriously and encourage open communication to resolve any issues. Please feel free to reach out to our office if you have any further questions.
