    The customer states the first stove she received from the business was nearly paid off when it began to leak gas and needed repair. The customer states the business attempted to repair the stove and returned it with parts missing. The customer states the business convinced her to agree to a new stove as a replacement, but the customer's previous payments would not be applied towards the new stove. The customer states the same issues occurred with the second stove and the business is offering a third stove that would reset the payment plan, although the previous two stoves were paid on and had numerous issues.

    I am rejecting this response because: I bought two stoves off Arons with only five (5) payments left.  That they refused to repair and just today 11-30-24, I asked Arons to take those payments I made on the stove-put them on a table and chairs-it's paid for-I got the ran around.  

    a paid for table and chairs and "no" more money involved, paid and delivered.
