  Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality of Work and No Response from CSI
  I typically don’t leave reviews, but after months of being ignored and thousands of dollars lost, I feel compelled to share my experience with CSI.
  I hired CSI to stabilize my home and spent approximately $18,000 over two visits to have supports installed in the crawlspace. From the beginning, I trusted their expertise and relied on their assurance that the job would be done correctly and backed by a guarantee. Unfortunately, that trust has been completely eroded.
  After installation, the support pillars shifted—something that was supposedly covered under their guarantee. However, despite repeated phone calls and emails over several months, CSI has failed to respond even once. This is not the first time I’ve had to chase them for follow-up service. The last time I requested an adjustment, it took nearly a year to get them to return.
  In hindsight, it's clear CSI was not adequately equipped to handle this project. With my limited knowledge in this area, I relied on their recommendations, only to be let down—twice. They made verbal commitments to adjust the work if needed, but those promises were empty. Now, the issue persists, and I'm left with costly repairs and no accountability from the company.
  The lack of professionalism—especially the complete failure to return calls or emails—is unacceptable. All I’m asking for is a simple response, but even that seems too much to expect.
  I strongly caution anyone considering CSI for home stabilization work. Based on my experience, they do not honor their commitments, they are not responsive, and the quality of their work is questionable. I regret trusting them with such an important job and hope others can avoid a similar outcome.

  I hired BJ and his crew to water proof my basement. Price was fair. Hired them, upon work they failed to follow code while digging and damaged incoming wiring to the house. They out of ignorance damaged a drain in my basement which has caused condensation build up. I have attempted for over a year to contact them regarding problems and issues and maintenance and of the 5 numbers I have found no one and I mean no one will return my call or email. Less than professional, I do not in any shape form or fashion recommend. the work is shotty and they do not stand by their word. I have a lifetime warranty on their work but I guess it means absolutely nothing if they aren't reachable or refuse to assist.

  Excellent company,service, stayed.on task, great price. I'm very satisfied.
  They came when scheduled and finished in less than 6 hours. They rebuilt 3 support columns.

  I put in many hours of research on my drainage problem. I had water leaking into my garage. On two separate occasions, I vacuumed and dumped 70 gallons of water from my garage, staying up all night so it wouldn't damage my home further. I had 4 companies give a quote and I selected CSI for the work. I had an existing sump pump installed by CSI prior to buying the house and I liked their work. Danny and Josh were very professional and patient when my wife and I interrupted them to ask questions. They installed a sump pump in my garage that was identical to the previous one. I would highly recommend them for drainage issues such as mine.
