Absolutely no regard for customer service. Purchased in HDMI card for an older game called Nintendo 64. Was never opened and about one hour later I tried to return it. They refused to give me my $32.75 and told me they don’t do returns just credits well I will never ever shop at that craft store. They lowball everything everything they get is either donated or sold to them for hardly nothing and they won’t have the decency to give you your money back, knowing that their stuff is cheap and it barely even works. I returned the item as soon as I could when I realize that the Nintendo 64 that was passed on from another family. Member did not work. They don’t give the money back. I wonder if there’s something from the federal trade commission that prohibited these stores like this because they are selling stuff that used cheap and worthless for so much money and profiting off of it to where they don’t give you your money back, well that’s what we have legislation for and I think I will report to the Federal Trade Commission the attorney general and whoever else to stop these businesses from treating people like this. Their reviews are horrible on Google, but they already told me they will never give my money back even though , I never opened the product or use the product so I will never shop over there. Therefore I lost $32.75. However, they told me I have a store credit well I will never shop at this craft store again. There should not be a game exchange charging people all this money and not even wanting to give money back. I literally gave them $32.75 because they never return my money even though I did not even open the product I took it right back to the store. This is just the beginning. I just wanna warn anyone who goes to this business that they do not give refund they give only store credits and that is nothing because that’s not a store I ever shop at. I was referred to go to this store by Best Buy because they didn’t have something but all they sell is crap
