      I only wanted to get a dumpster to clean out my storage building and my barn. I thought that would take about 1 year because I'm working by myself. When I called and asked for a dumpster I told them why I needed it. I never said I owned a business or worked for one.
      I have been disabled for 7 years. I can not stand for long or pick up heavy things. I have worked on cleaning the barn for as long as I could but my medical condition has made me have to stop.
      When I called to cancel the dumpster a very nice lady told me she couldn't help me because I was under a commercial contract. This surprised me because no one ever told me I was under a contract. When I found out it was a five year contract I nearly had a heart attack. I never got any paperwork to tell me I was under a contract.
      Now they are telling me that I can't get out of the contract that I never received or signed for.
      I was paying $159 for the dumpster monthly. Then they went up to $311. Now they're asking for $463
