    I do not recommend southern Chevrolet in Alexandria La to anyone. If I wound have know how rude and unprofessional they were I would have never ever purchased a vehicle knowing that I would have to deal with them . I have a fairly new vehicle 2023 Camaro and I’m having problems with the electrical. I called and made an appointment on June 25th for 10 am my vehicle still hqs not been looked at an it’s June 26th at 3:07pm. I called this morning at 8:30qm to see about getting a loaner car. Chelsea told me ummmm No , we don’t have any available.which was fine. But why do I have an app for 10 am If my car is not going to get seen until you get to it. Chelsea told me that I can talk to my service advisor. I asked was it Yvette because that’s who texted my phone she said yes . I said so where is Yvette can you get her to the phone. She said no Yvette is with a customer she busy I can get her to call you back. Yvette never called back. I called back at 1:21 pm today asked Chelsea could I speak to Yvette she told me no Yvette is on lunch can she help me. I told her no she didn’t help me all day. I need to know what’s going on with my car and why haven’t it been looked at. Chelsea but me on hold for about 5 mins then stated that my car is number 11 in like. I asked how if my appointment was for 10 am yesterday. I then stated to Chelsea if I make a dentist appt at 10 am then I got right on in and she my dentist: so how is this any different. She then stated that the 10 am time was just for drop off. I asked how ** ** was it for drop off and you never disclosed that to begin with. If you knew y’all where that far backed up why would you book me. I said that’s such an inconvenience for me bc I never my vehicle I’m stealing calling in at my place of employment and all you can tell me is they will get to it when they get to it or I can come pick my car up and take it out of line: I told her hell no I’m going to keep it in line and you Chelsea hung up on my face

    I dropped off my 2021 Silverado to be repaired. It needed to have the lifters and camshaft replaced. I had items stolen out of my center console and when I tried to get the matter taken care of they blocked me on their social media accounts and never returned any of my phone calls.

    The 2021 Silverado was dropped off on August 17, 2024. There were no technicians available that day and a loaner vehicle was provided to the customer. The customer picked up the vehicle on August 23, 2024. His social media response was responded to asking him to call the Customer Experience Manager, Celeste M****** He called her on her cell phone, ************ at 4:46pm on August 28, 2024. Celeste expressed apologies for his perception of the theft of his one item, a $200 bottle of cologne. However, Celeste advised that after speaking with the technician, no proof of theft was discovered. This technician is a valuable long-term employee with no such actions noted. Mr. Williams seemed very upset that Celeste didn't honor his demand for reimbursement.
