      I placed an order for a class photo of my daughter that was supposed to come in a portfolio type case for $20 in February of 2025. The picture was taken at ****** ********** in ******, Texas. My child's home room teacher is Mrs. ******** & she is in 4th grade. I have still not received this class picture. I have reached out to provine via email & phone call (no answer. Left numerous voicemails.) Trying to resolve this issue. I have received no correspondence back from Provine & we are almost at the end of the school year. I would like the item I paid for or my money refunded please.

      Reprint and Resend the class picture in the original portfolio-style case, with expedited shipping
