    I recently worked with Ken ******* from infenergy to explore the possibility of installing solar panels at my home. From the outset, Ken ******* was incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable about solar energy. Their presentation was top-notch, and he answered all my questions with patience and clarity, making the complex subject of solar installation seem straightforward and appealing.
    Although the project didn't move forward, I must commend Ken ******* for his professionalism and dedication. They went above and beyond to ensure I was well-informed about solar options, costs, and benefits. Even though we couldn't proceed, the interaction was a positive one, leaving me with a good understanding of solar energy and how it could potentially benefit me in the future.
    If you're considering solar panels, I recommend speaking with Ken. His expertise and customer service are outstanding, even if, like in my case, the stars don't align for the project."

    My solar panels have been over performing since they were powered on! Beautiful clean install and super fast paperwork with the utility! Thank you Infenergy! The batteries saved all my frozen food during the last Hurricane. Definitely a great investment

    If I could give a zero I would. Consumers BEWARE. This company come sin sells you their solar panels, damage your house in multiple ways and then does not make good on promises of fixing when things get tough. So far, they set our house on fire with electrical box $4000 fix and now our roof is leaking because of panels that they admit were installed wrong and when my husband stands up to them they pull out of their promise to fix our roof and put it back on the company they hired to pull permits. They do not communicate with home owners. I am not the only one in Wilmington NC that is having this problem. I believe that is why company no longer has office here. DO NOT BUY SOLAR PANELS FROM THEM THEY WILL RIUN YOUR HOME AND NOT CARE.
