  When we went in to purchase the tractor, customer service was amazing ! We had no idea what we were getting into after the transaction was completed. Took weeks for us to finally get the tractor home, they continued to give us reasons for the delay, there was no delay in signing the paperwork and getting their money! In May, 2023 we had issues with the tractor, we took it in for service, they stated it would take a couple of weeks for the repair. A couple of weeks went by, called for status, we were informed it would be another week, called again a week later, we were told it would be a few days more. After this time, we would call for status updates, they would tell us the owner, Byron would be calling us back with the update, would not receive any call back from him. Would call again and we were sent to the owner, Byron's voice mail, left messages, never received call back. At this point, we're not getting information/status. We called once a week and when someone would finally come to the phone, they stated, waiting on parts, a couple of more weeks it would definitely be ready. Finally got the owner, on the phone, stated it would be another couple of weeks, parts were delayed. We were given so many excuses, told so many lies and misled for 7 MONTHS ! This location is by far the worst service I have ever encountered. I will never use them again for anything and will advise anyone to go elsewhere. We did finally get the tractor back in December, 23- 7 months later. All the hydraulic oil was gone and we were never told, every single bolt they had to unscrew was not securely bolted back. They bought our tractor outside to us and walked away. We discovered all the undone once we got back home. It is not the Mahindra name, I am bashing, it is Red Dirt Tractor, Alexandria, La. The owner and the workers are by for the absolute worst. I should have read the reviews prior! Hope this helps the next person-

  My husband purchased a tractor in 2020. And in December 2022, he took it in to have the oil changed and the clutch looked at, but we repeatedly had to call to see what the status was. We didn't get it back until March of 2023 and then a week later it had to go back because it would not year down and there were bolts missing and wires disconnected. Then during May and June we had to continuously call about it and got the run around about what was wrong and how long was going to take to get it back? Finally last week we got it back in July. And it WILL NOT CRANK. We have literally only had this tractor for 2 weeks this year and it will not go back to Red Dirt we will find someone else to fix it

  Well I drove 2 hrs to purchase a tractor and some accessories. It was a Saturday and I arrived at 2 pm. There were 2 guys and a lady locking up a side door. They looked at me then looked at each other and walked to their cars with out a word. I guess they didn't want my business, lol. The joke's on them glad I experienced their great customer service before I spent my money. I wasn't there to finance I was there to purchase. Thank you for not taking my 30k

  This is the worst business Ive ever spent my money at. I spent 6200 dollars on a new BCS walking tractor and I have no tillage tools. Byron at red dirt told me that they would put me at the top of the list come september and now here we are and no tillage tools. Ive called them 6 to 9 times and left my number but byron never called me back, I have drove to the place and byron is not there and the employees surfing facebook and not helping customers. This is the most worthless business ive ever been exposed to. Boycott this rathole!!!
