  Dropped our truck off about 3 months ago, went to pick it up the first time, something else completely new had been messed up making the truck not drive right, sent it back. Called 2 weeks later to ask about the truck, then was told “oh we forgot y’all dropped it off” never even touched it in that time span. Finally go to pick it up a few weeks later, get home and transmission fluid is pouring out. Got them to come pick it up and bring it back,get a call from them about a week later saying they couldn’t find a leak.. So we then drove 45 minutes alll the way to Alex only to look at the truck for 2 seconds and see transmission fluid leaking everywheres, thought that was their job? finally 3 weeks later, we get a call it’s fixed, go to pick it up, get home and it’s pouring transmission fluid 10x worse then what it was when we sent it for them to fix it. So 3 months without our only truck, now having to find somewhere else to fix it since they can’t do their job.

  When ***** brought his truck to Precision Transmission we replaced the rear main seal, front pump seal & extension housing seal & both cooler lines on ******* truck. When the truck left it was not leaking. When ***** called after he made it home stating that the truck was leaking we sent one of our workers with a trailer and picked it up. When the truck was picked up no transmission was observed leaking. When the truck arrived at the shop it was started up and driven off the trailer there was no transmission fluid on the trailer or seen under the truck. We drove the truck and rechecked it. The only place that we seen that was dripping transmission fluid was the transfer case seal. We replaced that seal. And ***** was called to come pick his truck up. I do not feel that we should refund ***** for the work that we have done. If pictures or video was provided to us the outcome maybe different.
