******** and 3 different associates took time to answer all my questions today. They even helped me set up the account and go online to research my nearest lab draw location. I work in healthcare myself (as a RN). All I can say is WOW! They were all very kind and understanding. With healthcare costs as high as they are, I wish I had known about you guys sooner! Customer curtesy, understanding, and kindness. Who would of thought it still existed! Heartwarming, Really!

Had lab work done through them. Somehow the people they contract with did not send the blood to any lab so it will have to be redrawn. Would have gone somewhere else but they will not give money back. Scammy.Walk In Lab, LLC

Thank you for reaching out. I've looked over your account and we did offer you a refund however you opted to have the issue with the lab fixed. We are still in the process of having the lab correct your account and hope to have it resolved soon. I apologize for any inconvenience however I do want to note that we are only a service that provides you with a prepaid physician's order and do not draw/collect/test specimens. Although we are contracted with LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics, we are a separate entity. Scammy practices. Collects your email and phone # for a 10% discount that doesnt work. When emailing customer service, they have offered various excuses: I need to be logged in (didnt change it), and ultimately that that discount code doesnt work with specific tests. When advising them this was an after-the-fact notice, they have directed me now to 2 places they say limitations are listed and both places simply take me back to the main home page to shop. IF they listed limitations anywhere, which they have yet to accurately direct me to where this is, then its advisement after-the-fact, and they havent denied my concerns they data mine/sell emails theyve collected.Walk In Lab, LLC

All of our coupons have an exclusion of the ******19 test and Home test kits. These exclusions are listed on the unlock 10% off popup page where one can enter their email address and phone number.
