      Hired Mr. Green to cut down the tree, haul off the remains and grind the stump. They eventually did this but left a pile of wood and dirt and did not clean up after themselves. They bent the post to the gate and I can no longer fully open it. Under the pile of dirt and wood that we cleaned up, we found the stump still sticking up about a foot above natural ground,

      Good afternoon,

      We did a tree removal job for Mr. ******* on October 21,  2022.  On October 31, he called me and complained that all debris was not picked up.  I apologized and offered to either send someone back or refund some of his money.  He agreed to the refund and I sent him a check.  Attached is the cancelled check deposited and signed by Mr. *******.  There was never any mention of a bent post by him to me.  I had not heard from him again until  2 weeks ago  he called to ask when we were going back.    I reminded him that we settled with a refund payment and he did not remember that at all.  Again, the check is attached.  If there is still some of the stump left that was overlooked I will be more than happy to send one of my guys there to grind the remainder of the stump.

      Now that it is dry enough, Daniel will try to go this week and grind the stump. He will also look at what needs to be done to repair the gate.  He will go ride today to assess the damage.
