On Dec ****** around 5 pm, I placed an order of 2 Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich Combos through the drive thru. I paid close to $30 for my order. When I got home and finally started to eat my sandwich, I noticed that the chicken was raw. My husband then cut his sandwich in half and his was raw also. I called the restaurant and left a voicemail and then my husband filed a complaint online with Wendys. A few days later I did receive a phone call from someone named ******** that works at the location. She did apologize and said she would mail me a $30 **** gift card. Well, I never did receive one or an email response from Wendys either. So I waited until the holidays were over and I called ******** and told her I havent received my refund. She just assumed that I had but took my info again and said she would call me back. Still waiting for that phone call.. I then sent another email to Wendys referencing the case number given with the first email complaint and basically told them that this was unacceptable and poor customer service. On Jan 7, 2025, I finally received a response from Wendys ************* that thanked me for contacting them and that a franchise operator would reach out soon regarding my refund. It is now Jan ******************************* Coincidentally, a coworker of mine showed me a post last week about someone getting a raw chicken sandwich from a Wendys located in ******, ** (not too far from the one I went to)

ID 22802337. I’m sorry that I didn’t see your message that the business did not respond to you. I have not received anything from them either. I sent another email to someone at the corporate level explaining that the situation has not been resolved. I can’t believe that it is this difficult to get a refund for about $30 for undercooked food. Absolutely pathetic. I do appreciate the BBB helping with this.
