I hired *** *****, owner of JebCo, to resolve the issue of my HVAC breaker flipping. He said my unit was pulling too much power then installed a new HVAC on 8/18/23.

Unfortunately, since the initial installation, the system has required five additional repairs:
    1) 8/18/23: Immediately after replacing the unit, the breaker was still flipping. He proceeded to replace the breaker itself.
    2) 8/18/23: After replacing the breaker, it was still flipping. He returned to apply di-electric grease to the aluminum wire leading to the breaker.
    3) 12/6/23: The first time the heater was used the following winter, the breaker flipped. He replaced the breaker again.
    4) 7/12/24: When the breaker flipped during a thunderstorm on July 5th, he stated the issue was with the wire connecting the unit to the breaker box which was not covered under his warranty. He advised that I let the breaker cool when it flips then turn it back on until he could return to replace the wire. An overcurrent error message then appeared on my smart thermostat. Another electrician was hired to replace the wire and notified me that the system wiring went against industry standards. While troubleshooting, the electrician also noticed the outdoor condenser wires were left uncovered leading to the twist-on wire connector falling off and the wires disconnecting. Replacing the breaker wire and reconnecting the condenser wires did not resolve the error message.
    5) 8/8/24: The cause of the error message was the constant flipping of the breaker which shorted out the thermostat port for the yellow cooling wire that leads to the outdoor condenser unit. The thermostat base then had to be replaced. Between this incident and the last, I was left without air conditioning for approximately a month during a heat wave with average temperatures in the upper 90s.

These repeated issues have caused significant inconvenience, additional expenses, and damages which were not anticipated when I originally contracted his services.

Ms. **** hired me to change her air handler and her condenser. That work was completed. The unit ran fine until she began to use the heater. I advised her that the power  wiring  to the unit was bad and needed to be replaced. She hired another contractor to do that. The thermostat was telling the heater to come on at the same time the ac was coming on and causing the breaker to pop because too much amperage was being pulled. I advised her that the thermostat was defective. She advised me that she wanted the system to work with that thermostat. I told her that it wouldn't work. Nothing is wrong with the condenser or the air handler. There is not refund warranted.
