This business is crazy id find someone else. They took our car Friday I paid for it Friday and still no 3rd party release. So I send my husband to go get my Heart monitor charger out the car an they refuse they claim they close at 2 but closing at 1. I went Friday all weekend and today is now Wednesday my chest plate is dying an there still refusing to let him or myself get my charger for my heart monitor. I have a video of the man that drives the tow truck saying nope I can't let you get it nope we are closed with the time stamp. As hes driving in he leaves the gate open as if hes trying to like tease you. No one came out the building/Deer stand they hide in. Basically what this company reads is we are ok with killing people.

This company is a big joke & they hire people that performs crinimal activities towards civilians, like throwing objects out of the companys vehicles windows, cracking winshields, & I called to clear the matter up, she claimed she didn't see my car next to the company vehicle, until I provided a picture, then she asked a stupid question, did I record him throwing the object out the window, like come on lady, put your 3 year olds brain back in their head

Quick track is an absolutely horrible recovery company. They started repoing my car with my girlfriend still in it. I was parked outside of a plasma donation center and they pulled up and began repoing my car without checking that my girlfriend was still sleeping in the car. In the front passenger seat so even a slight glance into the car would have been able to see her. Completely unprofessional and when I emailed the company to make a complaint. I was told that there was no wrong doing on their end. So apparently now it's okay to tow vehicles with people inside of them. Terrible company and would not recommend anyone use them if you care about the lives of your loved ones.

I DONT THINK, I KNOW these people are liars Quick Track literally dragged me vehicle from Lake Charles to Sulphur all while damaging my tires, rims; both bumpers, transmission and other parts of my truck. ***** * ******** Quick Track Assisted Manager was BIAS from the very beginning claiming my truck was damaged prior to repossession and it wasn’t, I have footage to prove that.

The attitudes that go on at the office, when are you trying to do is get your property. It’s disrespectful when you’re trying to get something that you’re supposed to have on a daily basis and the girl basically laughs in your face.

12/26/2022 A tow truck driver showed up to my significant other's house which not sure how he found us but that's not the problem. I switched to a new bank account and forgot to switch over my car payments so didn't know that it was behind when he showed up the first thing he did was start releasing my personal information about my account to two different third-party civilians who had nothing to do with it which were my girlfriend and her mother not that I was trying to hide anything from them but he's not allowed to release my information to them like he did next he tried to tell me that the car was not mine so I couldn't come and get it when I and my mother both cosigned for the car and it's my vehicle so he told them that it wasn't my car as well as told me I had to pay $700 and when I tried to pay it he told me that I couldn't pay it I had to call the company to pay it he asked for my keys because of not he said he would have had to charge me an extra $400 so I gave him what he needed and didn't cause much of a hassle when I called my finance company and told them what I was told they told me that I could have called while he was still there and pay the $700 and they would have instructed him to drop my car he told me that I couldn't do that so that I had to pay $1,085 on top of that once I paid it they refused to give me the address of where to go and pick up my vehicle and they kept it for an additional two days before giving me the address of where my car was even though I paid within the hour of him coming to get my car because it was honest mistake and I didn't know that it was behind so my problem is not only did he release this information about my car payments my car amount and my financial account he also made it look like it wasn't my car which is completely unfair I know this has nothing to do with it but I ended up losing that relationship because she assumed that I was lying to her about everything and he was telling the truth. I want to say more.
