      I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent visit to Wendy's located at 5754 Main St., Zachary, LA 70791 on today 7/3/2024 at approximately 4:08 PM. I went through the drive-through and ordered a 10 piece nugget, honest fruit punch, and a spicy chicken sandwich with only cheese, pickles, and ketchup. However, when I received my order, I did not receive a receipt, and the person at the drive-through did not provide any verification of my order. Upon opening the sandwich, I took a bite of my sandwich discovered that it had mayo on it, despite specifically requesting it without mayo. As I further inspected the sandwich, I noticed that the bottom bun had SEVERAL spots of mold on it. I immediately took pictures and went back through the drive-thru to discuss my issue and the manager apologized and took the sandwich back. Concerned about the potential health risks, I consumed the sandwich, but after a few hours, I started feeling sick and had frequent trips to the restroom. This prompted me to seek medical attention at urgent care. I am disappointed and concerned about the quality of the food and the potential health risks associated with consuming moldy food. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter. I have several photos of the moldy sandwich and bank statements proving my purchase from this location. I filed a complaint with corporate and I will be following up the LA department of safety. Food should be inspected daily to prevent these risks. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      2:20 today and I was #5 in line to place my order- 23 minutes later I turned in my order and the girl that took my order and money was as rude as anyone could be. Total of 27 minutes from the time I got my car in line for the drive thru to get my order from a extremely rude person
