    My son had a visit at the Metairie the beginning of May 2024. He needed additional treatment but was not mentioned to him or myself. Over a month later i called to follow up on a missed appointment call placed to my mother. The lady on the phone explained worker was terminated for not giving information to parent. I have been trying to contact manager ****** ****** for a week. Multiple messages left and she will not return my call. Customer service is unheard of

    I received braces from this company in October of 2020. Treatments were going well until they started not answering phone calls. This has been going on for years, they never pick up the phone for orthodontist appointments scheduling or anything. I've had these braces in my mouth me and my sister Jordyn Landry which they have all of this on file.... we've had them on for 3 years now without proper treatment because they are so unorganized and no one answers the office phone. You can even test that out for yourself. they don't pick up and if and when they do, you're put on hold for an hour or more. Between my sister and I we have paid them 1500 at the most, maybe 2000 but I don't want to lie and go to high. But I know for a fact I was seen one or twice and my sister two or three times. Every visit was about 400-500$. So at the least $1500 was taken from us and The account has been suspended long ago due to their lack of response. I am frustrated with this company because I called today 11/29/23 and they lady from special services told me to call back tomorrow at 8am. At one point they told me they only had orthodontist in Monday-Wednesday. Now Thursday is a day as well, its just too much flip flopping of their schedule and they don't respond to their customers. I want the release papers or compensation for me and my sister's experience. This is ridiculous and usually I don't take it this far but metal in both of our mouth's for years and you all are still not answering calls is insane. I am currently in Vermont right now doing work but I would love to somehow soon hopefully get this resolved. Or have them replaced so I can start repaying on a new account. Maybe with someone else organized so I don't have to go through this again.

    I would not go here they took my money for brace for my daughter. I have been waiting for 3 mouths since the consult. I gave them 300 to start. My daughter still is waiting for her brace to be put on. I don't give this place no start. They took from me and I got no service.
