    I purchased a car from **** ***** who have a contract with this B&M Window Films. The car had tint on the window when I purchased it. My car tint had bubbles in the back and I brought the car back to the Dealership. The dealership took the car back to the Company and they redone the back window. The window still had bubbles in the back window and a smudge across my back window. I called the company myself and was told to bring the car back. When I got there the employee at B&M looked up and said I will let them know you are here but didn't move. I had to go back to the window before she even moved and that was 10 mins later. Than she look at me as if I done something wrong. A man came out and tried to tell me it take 30 days for the tint to dry and I than told him that is not true because I have had this car for 2 months and bubbles is in my side windows also, so can you explain that. the man told me do not come back for 30 days I told him I will go to Team with this car. I went back to team and Teams took the car back and the company was supposed to take all the tint off but the back window I know was not redone because the came bubble that was on it the first time it was redone was still there, I have bubbles on my side windows now and on my rear window. I was told by my salesperson at Team that they said this is the best they can do. This company is not a good company to get your windows tinted. They do not do good work and they attitude is unprofessional. They really need to stop tinting windows. I gave them 1 star but they really don't deserve that after looking at my windows. On top of that they keep my car for 6 days. I am very unsatisfied with the work they have done.
