      I rented an 80 foot boom lift for one day at my home and in a residential area. I was told that it would be dropped off between 7am-8am on Friday morning and picked up the same day or the next morning, which is fine. I called and spoke to **** and from the start he was rude and not helpful getting someone out to pick up this huge piece of equipment that's block the street and driveway. He said they will get to it when they can and it'll be a week before they will pick it up. I was told it will get picked up the next day at the latest. This is a residential area and is not allowed to stay that long. They charged me $1,679 for the day. I want compensation for having to store this piece of equipment for longer than I was told and the poor company practices.

      This company delivered a skid steer onto our property and drive a 18 wheeler on fresh asphalt the driver went on and off the pavement about 15 times causing massive damages then he found a way to get completely stuck in our septic field damaged the septic lines. We have videos and pictures to prove. But the manager and the district manager basically told me they are not liable and the district manager proceeded to tell me i was $hit out of luck and he would not give me a person i could talk to in either legal or there general liability carriers info.

      These people are crooks. I rented a mini-x a week after renting I called and asked about rent to own. They said no problem, eight months later they told me it needed to be returned. They then said the purchase option was unavailable. The sales rep I felt with was no longer with the company. I put a total of 14 hrs on the unit and had paid over $25,000 in rental fees. The manager at the lodi location was the most rude unprofessional arrogant person I’ve ever felt with in my life. I would not trust them of do business with them ever again. Be aware these people are crooks and tell you nothing but false information.
