      The loan supervisor ******** * at Campus Federal credit Union is the most unreasonable and unhelpful person who needs to learn customer service skills. I thought I was paying my c card ahead of time and finally was explained to me Aug. 4th that I was incorrect. So I made 3 payments in August. She refused to speak to me when I got a copy of my payments. Had other financial experts tell me to try to reason with her to get a 30 day late payment off my credit when clearly it was not late. It’s hurting my ability to purchase a home after I sold my home. I am accustomed to most people going above and beyond to help someone as my entire family works with ***** **** ***. When patients come to the unit where I work they always ask for me even when I am not their nurse. I’m always told patients love me. I expect the same service that I give my patients.
