    I am extremely upset with this company. I have been working with a recruiter-Hunter to get a shredding service scheduled at our office. And because of a miscommunication, the scheduler, Kyle, couldn't reach me at my office phone. Rather than attempt to contact me on my mobile which was provided as a secondary number, the scheduler decided that the company doesn't want to provide services to us. I never received an email, phone call, or message from anyone letting me know that the scheduler was having complications contacting me. Yet after inquiring again via email, the recruiter, Hunter, was able to contact me back just fine. I was told that the scheduler would call me on my mobile, but never got that call or voicemail. When I submitted a complaint, Kyle finally called me on my mobile and directly called me a liar. That is no way to start a new relationship with a client! This was handled carelessly and highly unprofessional, and they lost my respect and business.
