    On April 2022 I hired and paid ******** **** $3500 to complete project plans drawings for a piece of commercial property. When I receive my plans there was no architectural stamp, which is needed to submit any plans to the city or firemarsall for approval. Upon making final payment I was told that my plans did not have the architectural stamp buthe would get it. ******** agreed that once he got my plans stamped he would submit them to city and firemarsall. I have been strung along for almost a year. He told that plans had been submitted but I never received a project number or any feedback. I called the city February 2023 , almost a year later and was informed that nothing had been submitted for the property address since 2019. I have text and called get some kind of resolution and to my surprise I'M BLOCKED!! He refused to return any calls or provide me with drawings with architectural stamp or refund my money. The drawings I have are useless and at this point I would like a refund so that I can hire someone else.

    Mr. ******** **** has my number blocked so I am unable to contact him. And he is also unable to recieve text  messages from my number.  I have gone by the business location several times and he was not there?
