    I had my roof replaced by T Bailey General Contractors (TBC) in February 2023. This was during the drought we had last. The first time we noticed a leak was 7/11/2023, and we reported it that same day. I took photos of the leak coming in around our furnace vent and forwarded them to TBC. There were several weeks of going back and forth with the company to schedule someone to come out and address the leak. Finally the owner, ****** ******* personally came out in August 2023. Mr. ****** made temporary repairs by installing new caulking around the leaking furnace storm collar and you caulked additional roof penetrations as a precaution. We agreed that I would monitor the leak, and if the leak stopped we would schedule a permanent repair. I monitored the leak, but this proved difficult due to the ongoing drought. Months went by before we had any amount of rain, and before we could schedule repair another leak presented itself. This leak was from the other furnace vent and was reported to TBC on January 9th, 2024. Since the reporting of the new leak on 1/9/2024, I have been calling and texting Mr. ****** to schedule permanent repairs to no avail. Through our text messages Mr. ****** has acknowledged TBC's responsibility for the repairs and made multiple promises to have one of his men take care of this issue, but he never will scheduel a date. Now he no longer responds at all. All I want is my roof repaired properly so it does not leak. This shouldn't be this hard hard to do. I know roofers make mistakes, but they should stand behind their work and correct their mistakes. This is unacceptable service

    My leaking roof compliant with this contractor has been ongoing since July 11, 2023.  I have the text messages to prove it!!!
