Prompt professional services from quote to installation. Courteous and friendly. No cleanup. This is my second generator purchase from Regional. Highly recommend. Would not use anyone else.

Mr. ******* and his team were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They were very patient with all of my questions. They provided step by instructions regarding what they were doing and how the process would work. The communication was great and they arrived as scheduled. They went above and beyond what was expected. They cleaned up everything after were finished. I could not ask for better service. I’m so excited about my new Cummings Generator. Over the Moon. Excellent, professional installation and service. If I have a question, he actually answers the phone and speaks "with" me and not "at" me . That's practically unheard of these days. The best to do it !!! From beginning to end . I called got a rapid response done measurement and what ever else they needed to do. Put concrete down then added generator.
