    About one year ago I hired Brothers That Just Do Gutters to replace all the Gutters on my home. Mr. ***** ******** was hired by me who is the owner of the business. His company did a great job replacing all my gutters. However, he did not complete the job before it rained. The rain came into my house and got under my flooring and also caused water damage to the wall. I informed him if the problem and he came out and removed some of the flooring so he could match it with new flooring. He brought in a dehumidifier which ran for several days and stated that was having problems finding matching flooring. I asked him to stay in contact with me, and over time he didn’t respond. After several months I finally called him and he apologized for not contacting me. This has occurred several times and before the end of 2023 he contacted me and said he has some samples for me to look at. He came over to my home and we agreed on one sample that was close but not exactly the same original flooring (color and style). I told him that after the first week of 2024 he would contact me to set up a time to repair my floor. He agreed, but I haven’t heard from Mr. ******** as of 2/01/2024. In closing I informed him that I am considering contacting The Better Business Bureau in regards to this issue. He stated that he understood, but I feel that he is just putting me off and does not want to repair my home. Please contact me with any questions you may have. Thank you for your time in reading my complaint. I want to resolve this issue if possible without having to take it to court.
