    The worst company I call to cancel my insurance do to it doesn't cover my Dr visit or fully cover medications I cancel my insurance on 8/28/2024 woke up 09/01/2024 at 9:18 am Sunday morning to find that took 250.94 out my account call them today explain to rep that I shouldn't been charge. They don't have records that I was charge the funds was taking out of my account I provided the transaction number I keep getting the run around they told I would receive email never received email from them one rep tell me to wait 7 to 10 days to hear from them I feel like they ripping me off I have proof that they took the funds out of my account

    I never signed up to Ambetter, never even knew what it was until I received a bill for 1762.82 is when I found out its some type of insurance. Now I can't find anybody to speak with about this bill of something I never used. What kind of hell hole have I gotten my ass in, where u can just send a bill to someone?
