      Poor experience. My unit has been leaking since it was installed in 2022. The unit is not sealed, so large outside roaches are coming in from outside. There’s asbestos coming through the vents as the boxes over the vents are improperly installed. Mr. ******* came to my house after I rolled up on him in his mother in law’s yard, that was in July, I have called and texted him-he won’t answer. I paid for this leaky unit, now it’s not fair that I will have to pay by someone else to complete D & K’s work? They were supposed to complete the install once Restore La completed my home after the flood of 2016. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this whole situation.

      This company was assigned 08/20/2023 Sunday to me by my home warranty I received an email given me my date and time. I was very pleased arrived on time as the email stated. Mr Coleman very nice humble and professional. Once my unit was approved by my home warranty I received a text and unit was installed 08/29/2023. Very pleased with work and the excellent customer service. May God continue to bless Mr. Coleman and his business.

      I waited over 24 hours for service thru American Home Shield who assigned this company to our location.
      The weather is currently 90 degrees with a heat index of over 110.
      This company never showed up after sending a text message indicating the time of their arrival.
      We waited and waited patiently. I contacted them several times to no avail. The voicemail was full and not taking on messages.
      However, it indicated to text them and we did just that, and still no response.
      I do not recommend this company doing business with this company. American Home Shield should take this company off their list of venders.

      I paid $11k for D&K to install the unit while my house was gutted from the flood of 2016. I contacted D&K Refrigeration, after they installed the unit in March 2021-we didn’t move into our home until May 1st, 2022. When we were in the process of moving, I turned the unit on for the first time, water leaked onto my floor. I contacted D&K, they sent a technician out and charged me $75-but didn’t resolve the leak. Once the environmental company found insulation in the vents and around the system, they cleared my home for mold, but not for the insulation and leaking unit, this keeps the air contaminated and will lead to mold growth in my home, as well as a health hazard to us. I am asked that C F Breeze and D&K help to resolve this issue-to no avail. My need involves : Tying the ductwork, at present it is lying on the wires and on the joices in my attic and on each other. Sealing the return air, it’s open in the attic, allowing insulation to be sucked into the unit. The Evaporator coil needs to be pulled and cleaned, there’s insulation in it. The Condensation line and pan are clogged and leaking. Condensation pump isn’t running. Unit is not leveled. Air ducts need to be balanced. I have contacted D&K Refrigeration, attached is all correspondence that I have had with them, they’ve wanting to charge me to correct these problems, due to a 1 year warranty. I am asking for your help to resolve these problems due to my family being exposed to insulation in the air. We moved back into our home after living in an apartment for 2 years and a FEMA trailer for 2 years from the flood of 2016 and a mold problem in our home. I paid $105 to have the evaporator coil cleaned and the leak stopped. This unit will have ongoing issues if the problems are not corrected.
