      I filed a claim with my home insurance warranty. My dishwasher has been leaking for almost 2 months now. I filed my claim on 5/8/2024, I paid $150 for the service fee (to american home shield who paid the contractor). Residential Maintenance Solutions has been to my house FOUR times. The dishwasher is not only still leaking, but it is way worse and I now need a whole new dishwasher. They ripped off the front door paneling and is all sticking out/ajar. They removed the feet from the dishwasher without my permission, and did not put them back on or replace them. AHS is now denying the claim since Residential Maintenance Solutions is refusing to take responsibility for the missing feet. I have pictures of the dishwasher before and after RMS came to work on my dishwasher and they are still denying accountability. I now have to buy a new dishwasher out of pocket because of their laziness and lack of professionalism. It's very clear based on the google reviews that this company is a huge scam
