    I brought my 2019 Peterbilt 389 into this dealership to have a sensor replaced. The female service write accused me of having a deleted truck (inoperative or removed smog control devices) and said she could call the Air Resources Board and DOT and have my truck impounded. All of the smog control equipment on my truck is in place and fully operational. It has not been deleted. She, very loudly, called me a liar. After she walked away, even the mechanics were shaking their heads. I live and work in California. My truck is 100% compliant. It took two days to replace the sensor. When I went to pick up the truck, I found it to be backed up over the curb in onto the dirt berm. In the line of trucks, mine was the only one parked like that. Look at the pictures! I wouldn't treat their car that way, why did they do that to my truck? When I got in my truck, I found it reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm not a smoker and that is my home when I am on the road. They cant say they didnt smoke in it, I even found cigarette ashes on my dashboard. Look at the pictures. Again, I wouldn't do that to someone else's property, why did they disrespect mine? They left the windows open so the truck was full of mosquitoes. I reached for my flashlight and found the bronze charm that was attached to it was missing. My friend that is an artist made it for me. Yes, this dealership is full of some real quality people. I will never bring my truck back and I will be very vocal to alert other owner operators of my experience with Peterbilt of Baton Rouge.
