    I entered this location on 9/4/2024 with the intent of mailing two envelopes. Upon entering the lady with the gray hair type of braids brown skin was rude and told me he can help me but she wasn't helping anybody and he was at the time. The next customer enters who happens to be white she greeted them and helped them immediatley. Also the system at this location appears to be messed up as all of the addresses were reading incorrectly, the guy appeared to be possibly new especially giving me prices and then correcting those prices and 1 day costing less than two day and the price changes. It was just a mess today. The lady with the gray hair(braids) yelled saying I'm drowning here and somebody else out loud and very rude and nasty. I was shocked at her behavior. I've entered lots of UPS and had to wait until the person in front of me was done and I did not yell or rush them but she was rude and was rushing while I was being assisted by the other person. Store representative to address her rude nasty behavior towards and the price of the shipping to be evaluated appropriately as well as the consistent changes of address and changes in price while at the counter.
