    Very unprofessional. I returned all items and received a final invoice which I paid, Unfortunately, now they billed me for chin strap which I returned. I feel that they actually owe me funds after Medicare payment was issued. This company does not respond to efforts to reconcile my account. I have mailed documentation of Medicare payment and my payment and they insist on sending a statement. I strongly suggest that you not get taken in by *** and her staff.

    I am sorry you felt we overbilled you. We are required, just like you, to follow all insurance plans customers choose. This includes all deductibles and coinsurances, therefore, if you have any questions about that, I encourage you to contact the number on the back of your insurance card.
