    I HAD RESERVATION TO MY ROOM AT THIS HOTEL FOR 2 NIGHTS, ON 11/22/23. AS I ARRIVED AND WAS CHECKING IN, THERE WAS A CUSTOMER THAT CAME DOWNSTAIRS WITH HIS LUGGAGE STATING THAT HE WAS NOT STAYING IN THIS HOTEL THAT THERE WERE BUGS IN THE ROOM HE WAS IN, SO AS A PRECAUTION, BEFORE I BROUGHT MY BELONGINGS IN, I WENT UPSTAIRS AND CHECKED MY ROOM. THERE WAS DUST ON THE CABLE BOX, THE INTERNET WASN’T WORKING, THE MIRRORS WERE FILTY, AND THE BED HAD STAINS ON THE PILLOWCASES AND COMFORTER. THE REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT IN DECENT CONDITION, THE WHOLE ROOM WAS NOT UP TO PAR. I WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO LET THE EMPLOYEE KNOW THAT I WOULD NOT BE STAYING, HE INSISTED I WAS GETTING ANOTHER ROOM, AND HE CALLED THE MANAGER, THE MANAGER TOLD HIM TO GO UPSTAIRS TO THE ROOM AND LOOK AT IT, HE STATED I WOULD ONLY BE REFUNDED FOR ONE OF MY 2 NIGHTS BECAUSE I HAD USED THE ROOM, I INFORMED HIM I DID NOT EVEN STAY IN THE ROOM 5 MINUTES, ADVISED ME I COULD COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, WHICH WAS THANKSGIVING DAY. WHEN I CAME BACK ON THANKSGIVING DAY I ASKED THE LADY ON DUTY FOR THE MANAGER, SHE STATED THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE. I INFORMED HER OF THE EMPLOYEE THE NIGHT BEFORE, AND SHE WAS AWARE OF THE NOTE ABOUT THE FILTHY ROOM AND NEEDED MY FULL REFUND, SHE CALLED THE MANAGER, WHO WAS THERE BECAUSE AFTER SHE CALLED HIM, HE CAME RIGHT TO THE FRONT DESK. I EXPLAINED TO THE MANAGER EVERYTHING, BUT INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING, HE ARGUED WITH ME HE WASN’T GIVING ME A FULL REFUND, COULD NOT GIVE ME AN ANSWER TO WHY THE STAINS WERE ON MY PILLOWCASES, ETC. HE STARED AT ME, SMIRKING LIKE IT WAS FUNNY, AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH HIM FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES, HE TOLD THE LADY TO CALL THE POLICE. OFFICERS ARRIVED, I MET THE OFFICER OUTSIDE, SPOKE WITH 3 OFFICERS, AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAD HAPPENED, THEY SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER, AND THEY TOLD ME THEY SIDED WITH ME ON EVERYTHING, THEY COULD ONLY FILE A CIVIL REPORT, ADVISED ME TO CONTACT THE BBB, AND MAKE A REPORT, AND TAKE THEM TO COURT.

    Microtel Baton Rouge airport The room was tiny; one bed and little or no room to move around. Dirt in bathroom. Non working filthy phone. Manager banged on our door at 8:30 am and said that we had to leave. I've never had to leave a hotel before 11. He left his post to come to the third floor to tell us we had to go because of the housekeeping schedule. I asked for a late check out. He was unbelievably rude. Also there was NO literature saying check out was nine am. I was not feeling well and it took all the energy I could muster to pack and leave. We went to IHOP which was less than a block away. He did not trust myself to drive home. I have never in my life had something so terrible happen in a hotel, I want my money back
