      Sometime around the 2nd to last week of August, I went into Cash2U at the Amite, La location and applied for a payday loan. I was approved on the spot for a $300 payday advance. The funds were supposed to automatically transfer into my Chime Banking Account. After waiting about an hour and checking my account numerous times, I was told that the funds may just be delayed and to give it a day or two. I literally checked for DAYS, MULTIPLE TIMES PER HOUR! The funds never arrived. I called Cash2U and emailed several times expressing that I never received the money. As days turned into weeks, I emailed ******** (the district manager who happens to work out of the Amite office) with little to no response. I called Chime Bank no less than about 7 or 8 times inquiring if they could see where the funds had attempted to come through. Chime kept stating that nothing was deposited for that amount from that company. Cash2U even gave me a transaction number that Chime never could find or trace. As more time passed (weeks at this point) I finally had to call a Baton Rouge location to try and explain my situation since I couldn’t get any help from the original location in Amite. I was told that the Regional Manager, ****** would be handling my claim. That was in late August/ very early September. To this day, ******** nor ****** has NEVER returned one single phone call or email. I have all email correspondence saved. I printed my bank statement along with my deposit summary and turned them into Cash2U in Amite to show proof that I never received the funds. Fast forward to the middle of October. I returned to Cash2U in Amite to apply for another payday loan (nothing has changed with my income or bills) and was told that I was not eligible for a loan because my account was on hold. I feel completely discriminated against because of the entire situation. How can they just choose not to lend to me when I did nothing wrong? I have literally BEGGED for answers and they refuse to help!

      On Aug. 29th a lady name ****** from Cash 2 U called my job looking for me. My boss told me he had spoke to her. Later that day I called back and told them I’ll make a payment just stop calling my place of work, as my boss told me to tell her. She then went on in a very rude way saying, we’re going to keep calling your job. She then told me why would you borrow our money if you couldn’t pay it back ( I have the conversation on record). She then put her manager on the phone and I told her what she said and she told me ok and hung up.

      She calls back and talks to my supervisor and tell him that I have a loan I haven’t paid and I will be arrested. I may not know a lot but that got to be against the law or the FDCPA
