  On the morning of 8/03/22 strange noises were heard from the sewer/toilet bahrooms (2) that stopped after a minute. Contacted EBR water to find out if any work was being done in the area, they had no information. An hour later heard loud whoosh noise. Immediately went toward bathroom when met with foul smell from sewer gases then saw sewage water from toilet overflow up onto surrounding sinks, walls, ceilings. After the disgust and outrage went outside to find a Compliance Envirosystems work crew down the street. Spoke to four men standing around asked what they had done to cause my toilets to expel waste water in bathrooms. One replied, were just running cameras to find an possible obstruction, don't know what I'm referring to about toilets. After continued outrage demanding some information they said they were dispatched by EBR Water/Sewer. They had not notified anyone in the neighborhood of work being performed. Then one of the crew members said they had to blow the line out to follow up with cameras so that may have caused my problem and that it happens sometimes. If I allowed permission into my home they would come inside to clean up admitting guilt. I asked for contact info and none of them spoke up, just pointing to the service vehicle that displayed the name of the company with a phone number. I returned home contacted the local office Compliance Envriosystems speaking w/****** asking for clarity on how this would be resolved wanting to speak with a senior representative. She said **** ****** is not in his office but she would give him my contact info that he usually returned calls pretty quick. A week went past patiently waiting w/no response. Called again 8/11 speaking to ****** who remembered my call, I asked for assistance again she repeated, I will forward the info. This company is required to notify area residents but failed in doing so. Now they refuse to acknowledge my complaint.
