      I have done business with this company several different times and have always paid off my items. My son, that no longer lives with me, rented something, signed for it and owns his own contract with them. When he opened the account he was told that because I (at the time had an account with them) they couldn’t open up another account, but would put him under my account, but a Separate contract. I then told one of the managers that if I would be held responsible I would not be doing that. They assured me that I would not because it’s his contract and that their policy states they can’t have 2 accounts at 1 address, but he would own a separate contract.My son and I don’t communicate and he moved out with this furniture. Since, I have advised them of his move and provided all of his contact information and they continue to threaten me through text. I have asked them to stop. They text me all throughout the day and continue to come to my home, I have text where they have admitted that it is 2 separate accounts. Mine (which is paid) and his. They are continuing to threaten me. I have asked for copies of my lease agreement which they tell me they won’t send. The amount of harassment is ridiculous. I want them to provide me in writing something showing how I’m tied to my sons stuff. The owner even admitted that my son broke his own contract. He is one payment behind and another case due today. All I ask is for the harassment to cease and them to contact the x contract owner and not myself. They are threatening to add his contract to my credit report and file charges against me, NOT HIM! Cease all communication and threats immediately and contact the contract owner .

      We do not respond to BBB complaints and the customer knew of her level of responsibility when she came into the store with her son and allowed our product to be delivered to her address. The customer has already been informed that if the items are not returned or paid for then we will proceed with filing charges for failure to return leased movables. When telling this to the customer it was simply to inform them and not as a threat.
