This place is morally decrepit. The upper staff discriminates and even after proven wrong continues to slander. ****** yells at families and refuses to discuss stuff normally and won’t let anyone but herself get a word out in conversation. **** acts like a mute and won’t control situation. They blame families and residents for their own(ers) attitudes and shortcomings and refuse to give corporate info when it’s asked for. They also refuse to prorate rents when a resident passes. They took 2600+ from my mothers account earlier than normal to pay rent for the month of Oct when she died less than 2 days into the month and the apt was cleaned out and left in good condition within three days later. They claim to “love” their residents. Because of ******s and ****s behavior is unprofessional and wrong. Over the last year of my mother’s life she was miserable there and complained to us constantly. We were looking to move her out but unfortunately she passed. Breakfast was left in her room in sight of her body the morning she was found but she wasn’t noticed dead for several hours after. Several times I tried to bring up issues and it turned into yelling matches because I was trying to be heard over ****** who NEVER SHUTS UP AND LISTENS. Eventually my mother refused to leave her room because she just didn’t want to have to deal with ****** anymore. I admit I did get loud at times but I was blamed for entirely everything that was a problem there when in all honestly I had nothing to do with it. They don’t care about anything but money there. This is coming from someone that also worked there for a short time until I was wrongly accused of drug use and proven by hair test. ****** will be retiring soon, best thing that can happen. There are some wonderful workers there but two uppers ruin the atmosphere for all and refuse to even try to listen or make things better for residents. Their fav threat is to 0call cops and have family throw out”. Finally my mom can be at peace ??
