      I paid Pristine Roofing and Construction $10,600 in August/September 2024 for a new roof and repairs to my sunroom after damage from Hurricane Beryl. **** ****, the owner of the company promised a new roof that would be approved by inspectors to receive a windstorm certificate for our insurance. The roof was put on incorrectly and did not pass inspection. Repairs to the sunroom were started but never finished. Mr. **** promised to come fix the roof in January 2025 but will no longer answer calls/emails/texts. He did not even respond to our lawyers attempt to contact him. All we want is our money back and we will be quieted.

      I used the company to replace our roof in August of 2023. I noticed a leak in on our bathroom ceiling 9/22/24 and had a plumber come out, they advised that the problem was with the roof. I called and texted the owner, **** **** on 9/24/24. **** always has a full voicemail, and I have been unable to leave any messages. I have texted and called 5 additional times since then with no contact from the owner or anyone from this roofing company. We are seeking roof repair. ****'s phone number is ***************. We had originally worked with ***** ********* (phone: ***********) back in 2023, but since then he is no longer with this business.

      Our roof received significant damage after a hailstorm. Pristine Roofing took care of the entire project from start to finish, including handing all correspondence with the insurance company. Their contract was straightforward and easy to understand. They started and completed the job as promised. They even went above and beyond what they were required to do in order to make sure we were completely happy. Their sales staff and crew were kind, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. After they finished our roof, they were able to help our neighbors get a new roof as well. We highly recommend Pristine Roofing and Construction!
