I’ve attached copies of the original receipt of purchase & pictures of receipt paid to All Brands in November for service. The item came with a two year warranty.
I dropped off my se1900 for repairs on November 2023. At that time I was told by ****** that it would be $300 service fee unless I could email her proof of purchase. I forwarded her the proof the next day. I also called to follow up that she received it. At the time she said yes she did and that it was covered by warranty and would be given a refund.

However, the item was still under warranty. I was told I would get a refund when I sent the proof of purchase in. Now I am being told that isn’t so.
As of today I do not have my refund nor my machine.

Customer purchased this machine on 12/10/2021. It is now out of the manufacturer's 1 year limited warranty for defects. Customer picked up the machine in good working condition. No refund is due to the customer at this time.

In May 2022 I brought a machine to albrands to be serviced and repaired I was charged $347 within a couple of months it needed to be serviced again I brought it back to Allbrands this time suppose fixed it and do complete check did not charge me because it was went in a 60 day period. In October 2022 I brought the machine back to allbrands because I was still having trouble with it this time I paid $480. Each time I brought it there they said that they would do a full service on the machine. In February 2023 the machine still was not right I brought it to a different dealer to have fixed I was surprised when I picked it up and was told my bill was $745. I was told it was because the machine had not been serviced in such a long time it was in very poor condition. I told them that the machine I’ve been service three times in the last six months and they told me that that was not possible it wasn’t too bad of shape I called all brands to find out what they did the last three times it was there. I got no true answer to my question. The only thing I was told was that since I’m having trouble with it so much that I should bring it in and they will trade it in on another used machine costing me $10,000 before tax there was no suggestion of any type of refund or compensation for services I had paid for and not received.

BBB, Here is the email from ******* ******** on March 8, who serviced her Brother PR1000 last year. " It looks like when the machine was on 10/28/22 there was thread removed from the motor/belt. Thread is being allowed to get sucked in through the fan vents and get tangled. I see no notes of a cutter being replaced. The machine did get a threader hook replaced for $20(03-115441). The cutter assembly would've been $100.  The customer has only made a purchase twice after the service for 32 spools of thread. I never was given any complaints, so I would assume a high use business machine that got thread stuck in it again".

Here is my email to her yesterday, March 8. "********, what are the stitch counts on your PR1000 now? What was the stitch count when you bought it to us? Was it a used machine? From a dealer or individual?
You have had so much trouble with thread trimmers (we did not replace the required $100 parts to improve),,
needle threader (it was not working the last time you brought it in so Stephen replaced the part for $20), gears jammed or frozen with thread which will continue if thread gets sucked or blown in.
Why not consider trading yours in for our PR1000E trade in machine below which has a 90 day warranty instead of just 30 days on repairs. It only has 27M stitches compared to whatever yours is.
    Please advise. Thanks. ****

I am still waiting on her response to my very important questions above. I offered to exchange her machine for ours even though she did not buy her machine from AllBrands.

My experience with such used machines of undetermined origin, that continue to have those problems is that replacement is the only way to satisfy those customers long term.

I need answers to my questions before a no cost replacement can take place. ****  . .

    Thank you,
