      I parked my RV under covered storage. When I went by to check on it, I found the chain off the gate and the gate open. The unit was not paved. It so happened that there was a mud puddle in front of the unit and the traffic had the front of the RV muddied. The RV had also sustained approx. $2000.00 worth of damage from being sideswiped from someone trying to back in or out of the adjacent unit. I also found that the battery had been stolen. I contacted Square Space and as expected as I had not taken out the extra insurance, was told they would not cover any damage or theft, even though there was supposed to be a locked gate and 24-hour surveillance. I inquired about finding out who may have side swiped the RV by looking at the cameras and was informed they had been out of service for several weeks. I then asked if they could check to see if they would check their records to see who rented the unit next to me and was told they would and get back to me. It has been over a week, and I have had no response on that request from Square Space. I filed a claim with my insurance company and moved the RV to the repair shop. I notified Square Space of moving out of the space on 2/8/25 and requested a refund of the remaining rent on the unit, that would have been a 20-day refund, (over $100.00) and received an email stating they did not refund partial months, however they do pro-rate mid-month check-ins. They also wanted a picture of an empty open-air covered stall. Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone trusting their possessions or vehicles to this storage facility.

      This facility is horrible. There isn't any type of security. The exit gate is broken and stays open. Trespassers have easy access to steal and live on premises. My unit was broken into, ransacked and valuables were stolen. I looked throughout the facility and discovered that most units had been broken into and ransacked. There are vagrants living in some of the units. It seems that Management is only interested in receiving payments for services not rendered. The police was called for a report for filing with their insurance company. I notified management on 5/25 that the unit was emptied and to stop billing. Today. 6/1/24, I was billed. I have pictures to prove the horrible condition of the facility
