    ******** ******* treated me horrible. I sent in all my documents and she canceled and rescheduled my first appointment. We made another appointment the following week. I called her when she was 30min late to see if everything was ok and she said yes that she’s calling in a few. Then a hour goes by and I get a notification on the app that my taxes are complete so I’m really confused and I call her to see what’s going on. She tells me it’s her mistakes and that’s someone else’s taxes she sent me. I ask her is she still doing mine and she says yes and to text her a couple things so I did. A couple more hours go by and I message her to se what’s going on and I don’t get a response so I wait another hour and tell her forget it and she’s too unprofessional and has no consideration for anyone’s time. She then messages back acting like it’s my fault and she’s too busy with her regular life to be bothered with our appointment. I feel uncomfortable giving her all my information because of how unprofessional she is.
