    March 10, 2023, around 10:00am cost $200 I would advise anyone of color to not do business with this company. They lack professionalism. More so the owner and the (lady in the office) in the office.. Once I paid to have my car released I noticed the panel under my car was torn, it wasn't like that before the tow. I explained this to the lady at the impound. She advised me to speak with the owner about filing a claim. Which is what I tried to do. When I got to the office the owner immediately denied they were responsible for any damage to my car .. Even though I told him I have before and after pictures. When I asked what's the process to file a claim The ***** gets ugly and started screaming at me, by this time it's escalated. The ***** then used profanity she said "* * get out my office" and called the police... (I have video). I'm looking at this Vile So-Called Human tell the operator, ("Yeah She's Black") (she smirked at me). I believe the operator asked if you think she's dangerous because ***** said, ("maybe she does have a weapon"). ( she smirked at me again).. There was no reason for the police. I did not threaten anyone. I simply asked for the process to file a claim. This was a deliberate act by The ***** because she knows she can get away with it. The police woman was great, she told me she had to take my name because the lady called the cops, but nothing was done. because they're wasn't a issue but to file a claim, I wasn't harmed by the police. The tow guy saw what was going on and simply put my panel back in place, he treated me with dignity and respect, but just think if incident didn't turn out this way. I would have been another innocent person of color being killed because *****'s of this world feel the need to call the cops on anyone of color. By far The Worst business business i have encountered. The lady in the office called the police on me in hopes something would happen to me. This is a problem with this business. it should be addressed

    Quick and easy with great customer service. Had caught a flat and was towed within 20 minutes 10/10 would recommend again.

    Impound lot if your car gets towed is only open Monday through Friday, and they charge fees for weekend storage even though you are not allowed to secure your vehicle. If you don't get it in x amount of days (according to the dispatch) they apply for the title and steal your property using the legal theft. My car was towed and I don't have the money to get it back and when I asked about a title transfer in exchange for any fees owed, this is what I was told. Straight up thievery.
