    My husband parked his truck in the parking lot of Walmart in Zachary. Somehow the 18 wheeler couldn’t get through so Walmart made the announcement but initially called out the wrong info. Anyway, my husband came out in time but Patrick Turner of Turners Towing & Recovery LLC, instead of being a decent human being and letting us go with a warning since it’s Thanksgiving, made my husband watch him hook up the truck and force my husband to give him the key. 20 minutes later, we had to scramble for cash and pay him $230. I asked for receipt and he didn’t want to give it to me so I took a picture of him and the info on his vechile. He then threatened to file lawsuit and take picture of me. After that he took my husband’s driver license and cussed me out because I was pregnant. Now we’re missing valuable belongings in the truck. Walmart hired him despite knowing his reputation and was an accomplice of scamming and robbing people.
    Currently, after filing a case against him with Zachary police department, we found out that many people filed complaints about him and his shady business. He will eventually lose his towing company along with his dispatcher ***** who sided with him without even hearing the whole story.
