    Brothers Tree Service took advantage of my elderly mother during Hurricane Francine. The owner, ***** *******, quoted a price to cut down and remove a tree several weeks before the storm and then increased the price the day of the storm. The tree was taken down and never removed from the property as agreed to. The owner told my mother that the city parish would remove the tree, which is false. While removing the tree, the fence was crushed and never repaired. This company committed contractor fraud and price gauging during a storm. My mother is an 88 year old widow. When speaking with the owner, he refused to remove the debris and not will not take phone calls. The owners license should be revoked.
