      On 02/24/2023 I renewed my Louisiana drivers license via the La Wallet app (Enoc) which cost $65.25, this amount is state fees along with a $23 “convenience fee” charged by this private OMV or PTA. This cost should have included my renewed digital license along with the hard copy that should have arrived within 30 days.

      I previously worked for a PTA and the amount of customers this happens to is outrageous. Somebody is dropping the ball when is comes to mailing these out.

      What I want more than anything is for this company to provide me with my hard copy of my drivers license or a full refund so I may go to a state office to purchase one. I feel like this company is flat out lying to customers and their customer service is less than helpful.

      Thank you for your feedback. Please reach out to our support team at ************ so we can investigate this issue for you. If your order is not received 30 days from the date of purchase, you must visit an OMV location within 60 days of purchase to receive a duplicate free of charge. If OMV rejected your order and did not issue a new credential, then we will process a full refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: I paid your company a fee for a service and did not receive the service as described. I can see you didn’t bother to read the original response I sent. 

      If your company is not able to provide my renewed license AS STATED IN YOUR APP I want a refund. However, I 100% would prefer my license.
