    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have been trying to cancel this gym for almost a month. On August 31, I went to the location at Millerville to cancel. I had read online you had to cancel in person. I was there from 11 am - 11:30 am, which is during their "staffed" hours as per the webpage and their sign on the door. No one ever arrived to work. I sent Facebook messages while I was in the parking lot. To this day, those messages have not been answered. On September 2, I called the location and spoke to Sara. She stated that I didn't have to come in to cancel - she would just add my email to the list so it wouldn't draft and I would receive a form around September 20th. On Wednesday, September 25, I called the location again and stated on the voicemail that I had not received the form. No answer. No email. I did the same on September 27 with the same results. Guess what? They charged my credit card for the month!! I have handled this through my credit card company at this point and will be contacting their corporate office today. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
