I hired H&E to help me, I had a new unit installed in Oct. 2021 by another company and immediately started having issues and the company came out a couple of times but then stopped responding. When I contacted H&E in Aug 2023 I explained everything to them and they told me they would come out and felt confident that they could resolve the issue. They have been out 5 times since Aug. 2023 and they have charged in in excess of $3K and I still have the same issue. Here I am, almost 3 years later, ~$8,500 invested into a new unit and the unit still has the same issue; I am exasperated. They just came out again on 08/30/24 and quoted me another $1,400, they obviously are charging me to to try and figure out the issue because they do not have any one experienced enough to diagnose the issue and none of what they have done has resolved the issue so chances are none of the work was warranted and they find excuses to keep charging instead backing up their misdiagnosis and trying to resolve the issue. I even went to the location and spoke to the owner on May 28, 2024 and he assured me that it would be resolved but it has not, my overflow pan continues to fill up with water and I have to manually drain it. In my opinion they are scamming me, beware.

Our Tech Completed his inspection found air leakage around supply plenum where it connects to the unit in the attic causing that side of the system to condensate. Also found that one of the feet holding the system was blocking the secondary drain the tech moved the foot and the drain is draining again but at a much slower rate than it should be leading him to believe the secondary drain is partially clogged. Im recommending that the supply plenum where it meets the unit be completely resealed, that the secondary drain be blown out with nitrogen. And that drain pan treatment tablets be used in both main and secondary drains to prevent any future clogs for up to 6 months. And that the secondary drain be vacuumed out with a shop vac to clear the standing water in the pan. This Customer declined all repairs at this time.

They stole $250.00 from me. They took money for a generator service contract they did not intend to uphold. The reason was that I disputed their initial bill due to them never getting permits as they discussed with me that they would do. They received all the money for the installation and the money for the maintenance contract and refused to honor my service call. So i asked Brooke who answered was speaking to me if they just stole $250 from me and she said yes....They are not honest in their dealings. Use them at your own risk. You have been warned.
