    Trying to install quality Provia storm doors , I had to settle for only Provia contractor in area... ******'s Home Solutions last year. I paid half deposit w/ order, which was no problem w/ me. ******'s missed their "delivery time" OF COURSE... VERY common in this "home improvement" scam. Doors finally showed up, NO screens or window sashes. Since I knew company rep. **** from years ago (or so I thought), I paid balance, w/ both ************* assuring me I would get my paid for screens & window sashes "in 2-3 weeks". This was beginning of Sept. 2022 when I stupidly paid my balance. Endless texts, calls to both ************** ****** unanswered since first of year. Between September till end of year... back n forth texts between ************** trying to accommodate his busy schedule, with both ******* visiting Family out of town. Tried to accommodate ****, as he seems to have to run absentee "owner" ******'s "company". I respected his schedule, he never respected mine. Since Jan 1st.... NO communication from either. Couple of times I accidentally caught scammer ****** on the phone... **** poor excuses. Since end of March, this coward does not even answer the phone. I am done with this thief... he has had 7 months to complete my paid for order. I have paid in full $1870. total 7 months ago. I demand cash reimbursement of $900.00 for missing screens/ windows... as my storm door order is missing half of what I paid for. Unaccounted for is 7 months of my time, . Trying to contact Provia to try to mediate w/ THEIR vendor ****** & complete my paid for order... NO HELP or resolution, NO attempt by Provia to reach out to ******. Provia has "blocked my number", because i was "calling too much." My overpriced storm doors are great construction, but missing half my paid for order. However, I have no use for their "management" or non existent "customer service". "We're a faith based company, we don't have time for our people to be pestered by an unhappy customer..."REALLY ???

    ********************* in *********** ********* ordered windows from me on Sept 22, 2022.  She ordered 31 windows, at the time of order, I explained to her that 29 of the windows were going to be delivered in a reasonable amount of time, but 3 would take longer.  I placed this as 2 separate orders, so that we could fulfill the largest portion of the order in a timely fashion. 

     

    As I promised, 29 windows arrived and install was scheduled.  My installers arrived and ************ would not let them work,  she was texting me pictures of everything that they did and called many times to verify that this was correct proceedure.  I assured her that these were professionals and that we were doing surgery on her home.  We do this daily and to please let my people work and do what they know how to do.  After finally finishing the install of the 29 windows, my lead installer cautioned her not to open or jar windows for a day or so.  Sealant needed to dry.  When a window is opened immediatlely after install,  it is shaken and caulk can be compromised.  She ignored this request and sent a message to my corporate headquarters saying she had never heard of such a thing.

     

    She also complained that we had broken a brick removing windows.  The brick surface had **** growing on it.  It was broken, but not by my people.

     

    Finally as the tornados were passing overhead in late December and my family and I were in the closet sheltering,  she called about 8 oclock that night.  I did not answer.  I did not call her back.  She filed this complaint.

     

    She is complaining because I did not finish 3 windows on her home.  She owes me $8,512.  I'm walking away from $8,000 because I can't deal with crazy

    I reject Roberts Home Solutions reply. Roberts Home Solutions didnt address a solution for the installment of his windows which leak, have broken seals, and caused water damage inside our home as well as brick damage outside our home. BBB (Better Business Bureau) has received pictures documenting these damages on file. Thank goodness 


    I called Mr. ****** during the install once and sent a picture exposing a ********** between two  installed windows. The windows should have been completely insulated free from the outside environmental exposer of drafts and heat; as well as insulating the inside air/ heat from drifting out of our home. 


    The install included 28 windows. There are four windows to be installed:  one incorrect sized window was not installed. 3 specialty windows: 2 round attic and one front door eyebrow.


    9/16/22, as stated on Roberts Home Solution invoice,  Mr. ****** received a check which covered the deposit of 50% of the window cost. The balance due is upon completion of the install. Later that same afternoon, 9/16/22 at approximately  3pm,  Roberts Home Solutions received by email a picture of each window of our home in order to verify the number of windows to be ordered. These pictures are proof of our undamaged brick work prior to the install. 

    12/14/22, I sent Roberts Home Solution a picture revealing the separation of a welded corner of the window inside of our house. BBB has a copy of this on file. I text the picture along with this statement: 
    Good evening Mr. ******* this is one of the  windows  located  on the patio that they recaulked yesterday . This view showed up today. please call tomorrow, ******************* River ************. 
    Roberts Home Solution never called or responded. 

    12/15/22 I contacted the Manufacturer, ******* Windows. This was their response to my concerns:

    As stated earlier in the third paragraph, there are four windows to be installed. Attacking me personally is a lack of professionalism. Avoiding the initial complaint of Roberts Home Solutions installation of windows has caused damages to the interior and exterior of our home. BBB has pictures on file. Leaking, broken seals/glaze, and dismantling of the fusion welded frame disqualifies the purchased windows ability to properly maximize your energy performance and decrease your heating and cooling cost- ******* brochure.
