    I am so saddened by today's experience. While we have enjoyed bowling here during the summer program the last few years we no longer will be visiting this establishment. As a mom of 8 special needs kids I was horrified to find out today that they are no longer accommodating for disabilities. Me, my nurse, and dear friend thought we would take our kids to go have some fun today only to be told that they could no longer use bumpers. After speaking to the manager she stated that bigger kids have been destroying them so no one over 3 ft tall would be allowed to use them. This included my two 5 year olds one of which is wheelchair bound with down syndrome. She did decide she could let some of my kids throw the ball and see if she felt they were ok to use bumpers but looked straight at one of the bigger girls and said I can look and tell you she can't! No asking her abilities, diagnosis, or even gave her a chance! I left my name and phone number for the owner to contact me in hopes to get a refund for the family pass we are no longer able to use. However, when my friend who was with me called and spoke to her she stated rules are rules and even questioned how I have that many special needs kids. Every local foster and adoption family now knows your horrible business tactics and I can assure you the ADA will also be contacted!
