    I took my 2021 Volkswagen Jetta S to Family Volkswagen of Bossier City to have a LIST of items checked out prior to my extended warranty running out. Such as the infotainment center disconnecting from my Android auto, the passenger seat passenger presence system detecting a person in the seat with only about 2 pounds of weight in it, front strut and rear shock noise, remote start not working on occasion, the rear camera occasionally not working and a few other issues, I honestly can not remember. When I had paid the $250.00 deductible and got in my car to leave I had noticed that the front right strut mount that they had replaced was making a new noise that it never made before. When driving back to the shop that I work at, I noticed that the front right of my dash now rattles like crazy over bumps, also a new noise that was not there until they performed poor quality work on my vehicle. They kindly put me in a loaner for a week and "checked out" my car again. And yet still, everything is just as bad as it was when they returned it to me. Which is worse that when I dropped it off in the first place. Had I known that such shoddy work would have been done on my vehicle I would have done it all myself at the Mechanic Shop that I work at, as I was a Master Certified Technician, but chose to let my certs go as they do not make the mechanic/tech, the quality of work is what makes a technician.
