    On 11/22/2023 at 21:30:17 I attempted to redeem a $400.22 voucher at a the Kiosk on 2nd level right next to the cashier cage. The kiosk kicked out a ticket for $0.22 but DID NOT give me the $400. i immediately alerted the slot technician that was nearby watching a machine for another patron. She advised me that the cage would be able to help me. I asked if they wanted to put an out order on the machine because there was someone waiting to use it and she said no. I watched him as he used it to make sure my money didn't come out along with his. It didn't. Finally a supervisor came out and asked me which game did the ticket come from and I told her. She came back and said she needed to check the camera to make sure the money didn't actually dispense because all indications was that i had dispensed the money. After approximately an hour I was informed that they would have to wait until Friday when the kiosk people came out to empty the machine. She got a copy of my drivers license and my cell phone number and promised someone would give me a call. On Friday I did receive a call from ****, he said he was sorry but the machine didn't have an error and that they would have to do more investigation and would give me a call back on Monday. The problem I'm having is that this casino has cameras everywhere and the games have memory every deposit and withdrawal. So why is it taking almost a whole week for me to get my $400?

    I came to your establishment Sunday evening having reservations for 2 nights in what I requested a handicap persons room as I have a back injury that effects my lifting my legs, I was placed in a tiny room with no help for my issues. I had to use the restroom as soon as I arrived. I found myself in a fine mess as the toilet sat too low and I fell onto it only not to be able to get back up,I’m ever so thankful my 17 year old grandson was there to help me up or I would of been there for who knows how long. The sheets were tucked in so tight on the beds I couldn’t cover up very well and was cold all night. it was the most horrible stay I ever had there and I will not return. I very disappointed in your staff and how things were handled I was treated like my feelings didn’t matter to anyone.

    We choose to make reservations at 1800 Prime Steakhouse for our 12 year anniversary. The service was very slow, we asked to order drinks only to find out the bar was closed however one of the servers was making drinks for her tables. We tried to go to the Catina Bar it was closed. We decided to just get our food to go. My chicken was half done. My husbands food was good everything looked done. Hands down just an awful experience for our anniversary.
